Represents a closed range [lowerBound, upperBound]. Swift Charts equivalent: ClosedRange<T> (e.g., 0.0…100.0) Used for range-based selection APIs (ChartXSelection(range:), ChartYSelection(range:))

public ClosedRange(T lowerBound, T upperBound)

Creates a closed range from lower to upper bound.
