Remarks
Orientation is inferred from the bindings (Swift Charts parity): when
ySelector returns a categorical PlottableValue, the resulting
ChartGuru.BarMarks are flagged horizontal and ChartGuru.ChartBuilder.Build
promotes the chart type and Y-band axis accordingly.
