BoardInstanceState
public sealed class BoardInstanceStateMutable runtime state of a single board instance. Tracks current content, dirty flags, active layers, defect state, and clock position. Separated from LEDStudio.BoardDefinition so many instances can share one authored definition while maintaining independent state.
