Arc placement: distributes glyphs along a circular arc. Only controls position + path frame. Glyph rotation is handled globally by the hub’s TextStudio.PlacementOrientation module.

ComputePlacements(Vector3[], GlyphPlacement[], int)

Compute placements for all visible glyphs.

Parameters
